We can typically begin the onboarding process within 5-7 business days of signing your agreement. The full onboarding process takes about 2 weeks, during which we'll learn your systems, processes, and preferences.
What if I need help outside of regular business hours?
Our 60-hour plan includes extended support hours and emergency assistance for critical issues. We can also customize your support schedule to align with your business needs.
Can I scale my support up or down as needed?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time as your business grows. Downgrades can be made with 30 days' notice after your initial 3-month commitment period.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
We have a satisfaction guarantee and will work closely with you to address any concerns. If you're not completely satisfied after your first 30 days, we'll offer a 50% refund or an additional month of service to ensure we meet your expectations.
