• Payments to HatadX are generally not subject to US backup withholding when a valid W-8BEN is on file; consult your own tax adviser for your specific obligations.
• HatadX is responsible for its own Philippine income tax and regulatory filings.
• Clients in other jurisdictions are responsible for determining any local reporting or withholding obligations that apply to payments to foreign contractors.

HatadX offers and performs services in Belgium and across the European Union. For those activities we observe the EU legal framework that applies to providing digital and business services to EU clients:
